The Site is operated by Boostbloom, Inc. ("Boostbloom" or the "Company"). This page describes the Privacy Policy (the "Policy") for the website at www.boostbloom.com, all other sites owned and operated by Boostbloom that redirect to www.boostbloom.com, and all subdomains (collectively, the “Site”), and the service owned and operated by the Company (together with the Site, the “Service”)

• your log-in and password details in connection with the account sign-in process;

• identify you when you sign-in to your account;

• send you information you requested or we think are relevant;

Project Creators never receive backers' credit card information. They receive the email addresses of their backers if the project is successfully funded.

Email

In the notification section of your account you can choose when you want to receive emails from us. You can opt-in, opt-out, it’s up to you. We will also email you relating to your personal transactions or on a particular occasion. As a general rule In we try to keep the number of emails we send you as low as possible.

Boostbloom uses cookies to help recognize you as a repeat visitor, to make our quality of Service better. To make a modification or delete the personal information you have provided to us, please log in to your account and update your profile.

If you request it we will provide you with a copy of all the personal information about you that we hold. This information is subject to a fee that will not exceed the prescribed fee permitted by law.

People aged under 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) are not permitted to use Boostbloom on their own, and so this Policy makes no provision for their use of the site.

Any information you submit through the Service may be transferred to any countries we use to provide the Service to you. As of March 2013, our servers are in Germany. If we transfer your information, we will do make sure that your privacy continues to be protected.
